Pros and cons of Stark ViPR app for iPhone and iPad

Stark ViPR app good for

I used to go to a gym with VIPR classes. I loved it. Now I go to a gym that has these but no training. So love the self training. Best workouts for me.
Awesome app! Use it all the time in the gym to get more variation into my training. Small improvement suggestions: name the affected muscle groups in the exercise description, next to the video.

Some bad moments

Can I get my money back?! So disappointed. I was excited to use this app but once I downloaded it I realized it didnt have half of what I was looking for. Now that I know how overpriced for the value the Virtual apps are, Im going to pass on the others.
The videos are clean and clear! Now I dont have to ask my trainers what certain vipr exercises are and how to do them. Love this app!
This is a great app for a self-motivated person looking to add to their exercise library. I love using the ViPR, but needed a few fresh ideas for training. This app was the perfect solution. I wish I had known there was the complete app (all equipment) before buying just the ViPR app. The complete one is a better buy.
Im a stay at home mom and fitness instructor. I love this app for some fresh ideas and availability to get a good sweat in 10-15 minutes!
Im a trainer who teaches ViPR and was looking to stay up to date with new and innovated ways to use the ViPR. This app has crystal clear videos and is super user friendly. However, it really lacked variety. As a fitness professional it would have been nice to see additional exercises with a larger ViPR. Sure, some of these exercises could have been done with the larger ones but some exercises that are exclusively done with the larger ones. Aside from that there also some mislabeled exercises such as, "plank to drag" and "lounge with rotation". I will defiantly use this app because it a nice way to brush up foundation movements. I hope to see more variety in the future!
This is a very creative/dynamic set of movements that work multiple muscles as well as getting a good cardio workout.
